Larry Hama and Roy Thomas are featured on the cover of Marvel Age #93, surrounded by the Avengers and West Coast Avengers – and even though Roy wrote lots of Avengers epics before, I find it hard to imagine Larry H. taking on this kind of super-hero action.

The Mutant Report looks at "The Other Mutant Books," which include Alpha Flight, Cloak and Dagger, New Warriors, and more - including the return of Steve Gerber (who I don't think was a mutant) on Cloak and Dagger, She-Hulk, Avengers Spotlight with Hawkeye, the Foolkiller and Legion of Night miniseries, and a Man-Thing graphic novel that I don't believe ever got published.

Howard Chaykin teamed up with rising star artist Mike Mignola for a new Fafhrd and the Gray Mouser project. It was Chaykin's return to Fritz Leiber's heroes after he drew them in DC's Sword of Sorcery in 1973.
