After four annuals and one other Preview special, this was the final Marvel Age spinoff title in the series' original run, offering fans "a look at 1992's hottest titles," as the cover says. This preview special hit the stands almost two years after the first one, and its page count had grown as well, bumping up from 48 interior pages to 64.

No surprise that the series' groupings had changed quite a bit in the interim as well, with new emphasis on the Punisher, Midnight Sons, and the upcoming 2099 line.

Speaking of which, nearly every title in this special is represented by actual art from the book – except the 2099 titles, which feature drawings by editor Joey Cavalieri!
